I remain on the summermood train !! And while on board, I decided that all following posts will be about summer !! Colors, sea, nights in outdoors etc.  One of my colorful makings is the cake I baked for my nethew Konstantinos for his 10th birthday party ( the age maximum according to Penelope " When I am going to grow up and be 10?" "my mum is 10 years old" etc). And my birthday...

The new issue of C2 is live. All of the team is very excited and we really hope we can share our enthusiasm with you. Also our new issue smells summer: crafts, crochet, recipes, beauty and summer jewelry is all in our beloved e-magazine. This time we are extra happy since we managed to organize our first craft party (Maro and Zina were the hosts to be exact). I got to meet most of the girls...

I really love making cheesecakes and whoever is a reader will have figured this one out by now. I've tried a snickers version, strawberry one, the classic (non bake) recipe, even in ice cream! The choices are limitless ! The one you see above was made for my mummy's birthday back in May! Oh yes my mum is typical Taurus and she adores all sweets as soon as they are white and not made of...

Ok this was a huge heatwave for all of us in Athens Greece! The heat was just unbelievable. My timeline got full of pics showing the car temperature reaching 45, 47 (?) degrees Celsius!  We tried we escape from the city since last Monday neither me or Yiannis were working but we just couldn't make it: all accommodation near the city was already booked and when we did managed to find a...

I just keep on posting this week after being absent for so long... feels like I met up again with my bestie and want to share all the news at once with one breath... So after telling you all about Penelope's Minion Party Planning, the cookies and the cupcakes I could only end up with the cake...Our first three-storey cake. I won't tell you come on it is so easy to make because it wasn't...

Easy to make, without the use of an electric mixer and with simple ingredients: these cupcakes are always my life savers when I want to make an easy and yummy edible gift! I make them a lot and usually I do not use exact measurements I just make them by experience. The last time I baked these yummy little things was at Penelope's 5th birthday party. I wanted them for my candy bar and I...

So I am steaming ahead with the party posts of Penelope's 5th birthday celebrations! The giveaway gifts were edible this time. I had the chance to practice what I learned in my Sugar Art Classes!! These ones are quite easy although they do not look like it. They just need time and patience. This is for me that I am one of the most impatient persons I know. Making these 40 cookies was...

For those of me following my instagram you probably have already seen that this year I was lucky enough to follow sugar art classes in the Municipality of Neon Iraklion (Attica). They have offered me so much and they really relax me!! I have so much fun (this is when I manage to go to the class). Our teacher Zozefina (aka okeik) was teaching us a lot of tricks and tips in using...

So we are almost there… Orthodox Easter is coming fast and I am just wondering when it was Christmas! So I keep on posting sweet recipes and especially chocolate ones as I am a true chocaholic. This one is not vegan like my mousse but is equally delicious. The classic panna cotta is one of my favorite desserts. So fine and fresh it is always the perfect closure to a good meal. I had...

This year I declare totally unprepared for the Easter season. I don’t follow the rituals (nistia is called in the orthodox religion), haven’t done anything (just bought some cookie cutters) and I have a head filled with ideas that are never realized. My last hope relies on the days before Easter Sunday that will have some time off work. I also declare a sweet addict: I go...

First of all I want to thank all of you who embraced our new project C2!! The blogging community and our blogs’ readers were so kind with our new effort that for me personally is so moving and motivating at the same time! I am really grateful After the introduction, I will just cut to the chase. Or let’s say to the cake. Its vegan, nutritious and so juicy that it is so hard to...

There are times where you just feel out of control. As a control freak,  I really hate that! This is exactly what happened to me this February. Time went busy so quickly I just I barely had time to breathe… Some days I felt that I was chasing my daily schedule. Every single morning I woke up full of energy and ideas and then the same evening (around 21:30) I was lying around the couch...
