broccoli-pasta-dsc_0094 broccoli-pasta-dsc_0098 broccoli-pasta-dsc_0115 broccoli-pasta-dsc_0117Do you like broccoli? I just love it, steamed with lemon, nice and crunchy. Hubby (along with Penelope) hates almost anything green. So how to I get him to eat broccoli (one of the more nutritious food ever in my opinion)? Add pasta, homemade beshamel and lot’s of cheese and make it irresistible (or just covered up).

So this is one of my classic recipes. So easy and delicious. The only handful is that you need three pots to make it. You can always use the same pot you cook the broccoli for the beshamel. I always use three (a big, a medium and a small one) just to save time cooking them altogether. Let’s check out this super yummy recipe.

P.S. The last photo shoot is Penelope’s (isn’t super? such an owl mummy!)
