Κολασμένη μακαρονάδα με μπρόκολο

- 1 broccoli (317gr)
- 2 cups (458gr) fresh milk
- half pack rigatoni (250gr)
- 1½ tbsp plain flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200gr grated mozzarella
- Cut the top of the broccoli with kitchen scissors
- Boil it in salted water for 5 minutes in high temperature, strain them and leave them aside
- In a small pot melt the butter
- Add the flour and stir until you get a thick mixture
- Add gradually the milk and stir continuously until the milk starts to get thick. Remove from stove and keep on stirring
- In the meanwhile cook pasta according to pack's instructions
- Strain them and put them back in their pot
- Add broccoli pieces, the beshamel and the cheese and stir until the cheese melts with the rest of the ingredients
