Healthy and Nutritious Cookies with just 2 ingredients
Yield: 1 batch
  • 245gr cocoa tahini
  • 1 egg
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degreed Celsius.
  2. Place all ingredients in the food processor.
  3. Blend until there is an even butter and sticks out of the edges of the blender's bowl.
  4. With a spoon or ideally an ice cream scoop, make small balls and arrange them in a large oven pan covered with cooking paper.
  5. With a fork make lines gently on the top of the cookies
  6. Bake for 12 minutes. Its ok if the cookies are soft, beware of overbaking it will make the cookies hard.
  7. Let them cool for 5 minutes and then place them on a rack.
