Energy Boost Red Fruit Smoothie
- 116gr (1 cup) frozen red fruits
- 440gr (2 cups) milk (used low calories)
- 15gr (1tbsp) caramel syrup
- 40gr (1/2 cup) oatmeal flakes
- 10gr (1 tbsp) chia seeds
- Add all ingredients to the food processor
- Beat in low scale for 2 minutes
