Ingredients
  • 1 (95gr) sliced banana
  • 1 large tbs (53gr) smooth peanutbutter
  • 1 cup (216gr) milk
  • 1 tbs. (7gr) maple syrup
  • 1 cup (120gr) crashed ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor
  2. Run the processor until all ingredients are well blend
  3. Serve immediately
Notes
You may replace the maple syrup with one tablespoon of honey.
